Regional Training Center, PBZONE –F, organised Online Capacity Building programs for teachers of Middle, Secondary and Senior Secondary  Levels in various subjects under the aegis of DAVCAE, New Delhi. The two days training program was planned and executed under the stewardship of Principal cum ARO of PB ZONE-F Mrs. J.K. Sidhu.

The program comprising of 8 sessions on 8th and 9th July was attended by PBZONE-F teachers from 10 DAV institutions from Ludhiana, Jagraon, Nawanshahar, Jaitu, Chanarthal,  Kotkapura and Khanna.
The program was held for the teachers of English, Hindi, Maths, Science and Social Science and ICT of middle and secondary level. In the subject of Punjabi it was conducted for teachers teaching classes 6-10. At the senior secondary level, it was conducted in the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Economics, Business Studies, Accountancy, History, Political Science and Computer Science.

The sessions conducted by Master Trainers of various subjects provided an online platform for a wide array of learning opportunities and innovative pedagogies to engage 21st century learners. The basic purpose was to empower the teachers to become dynamic in today’s era of change. The attendees were apprised of various apps that can make teaching learning process interactive and gainful.

Principal  J.K.Sidhu cum ARO of PBZONE-F, lauded the efforts of Master Trainers for their creative teaching techniques and exhorted the participants to incorporate their take aways in their day to day teaching for the benefit of the learners under tutorship.
