1. Application for School Leaving Certificate should be submitted atleast 15 days in advance by the parents/guardians of the students seeking withdrawal.

2. School fees and other charges are charged upto the end of the month upto which a child studies in the school.

3. A pupil who has left the school is re-admitted only if a vacancy exists in the school and after he/she has cleared the entrance test. 

4. The amount of security deposited at the time of admission should be claimed within six months of leaving the school, otherwise it will stand forfeited.

5. School Leaving Certificate and Progress Report shall not be issued until all pending dues are paid.
