"Culmination – is a Celebration – of everything learnt, gained and acquired!!”

DAV Public School BRS Nagar witnessed the Culmination Ceremony of the  Summer Camp -Summer Sizzle 2022 with a bang.

Summer Camp is the time for children to do what they love and  to learn something new and creative.

During the exciting and stimulating Summer camp organized from 1st June to 11th June 2022, the students of various classes were involved in a plethora of activities including Art & Craft, Meditation/Yoga, Dance (Bollywood and Western), Music (instrumental and vocal), Bhangra, Calligraphy, Codeignitor, Fireless Cooking and various sports. The students fully utilized the days, nurturing their inherent skills and talents.

On the final day of Summer Camp, a well knit and coherent display of artistic and expressive work was an amalgamation of all the multifaceted pursuits undertaken by the students during the summer camp. The students performed aerobics and physical exercises along with playing of traditional games like hop scotch, rope skipping, rat-a-tat etc. A short Nukkad Natak presented by the young artists amused one and all. Their crisp dialogues and gestures held everyone spellbound.

Principal J.K. Sidhu congratulated one and all for the successful conduct of the Summer Camp.  She applauded the students for their wonderful performances. She encouraged them to avail of the opportunities made available by the school to hone their skills and make a mark in life. She also reiterated that mind is not a vessel to be filled but a fire to be kindled and one  must develop compassion for learning and if one does so he will never cease to grow.
