Colours Activity for PreKG students

Colours are vibration of lights. Life would have been dull and meaningless without colours. It can sway thinking, change actions and cause reactions. A very important part of learning during Kindergarten years is identification and recognition of colours.
In order to emphasize the importance of colours, D.A.V Public School conducted an activity PLETHORA OF COLOURS for Pre K.G. students on 23rd December, 2020.The students came with the unique ideas. It was wonderful to see our children bloom and blossom in different colours. Mentors also joined the virtual celebration in coloured attires. The students carried the objects related to the allotted colour and spoke about their colour. The students looked energetic, charming and optimistic in hues and tints. The significance of the colours was reiterated through different ways.
Our little ones spent a spectacular colour day. Overall it was a fun and everlasting learning experience for children which will enhance their visual discrimination. All the students were elated and enjoyed to the fullest by the activities. We highly appreciate the efforts put in by the parents for making the activity a success.
