DAV BRS Nagar organised Graduation Ceremony for the students of Class II. Dr. (Mrs.) Neeru Katyal Gupta, ADC Jagraon was the Chief Guest and Padma Bhushan Dr. S.S. Johl Chancellor Central University, Punjab, Vice Chairman of school L.M.C presided over the function. There were several other dignitaries in attendance along with members of the school LMC. The function began with a formal lamp lighting ceremony.
The colourful cultural programme presented by the tiny-tots made the audience sit glued to their seats. The items like Religious tolerance, Kindness, Respect love and togetherness imparted valuable lessons of life to one and all. The students depicted ambition and struggle on the way to achieve these in the most appropriate manner.
The choreography, dance drama and action songs well portrayed the feelings and emotions of the students under the expert guidance of their teachers. The colourful attires, rhythmic moves and synchronization of gestures left one and all mesmerised.
Dr.(Mrs.) Neeru Katyal Gupta, ADC in her speech lauded the efforts put in by the teachers and the hardwork of the students in presenting well - coordinated and entertaining programme. The way the students, adorning their graduation gowns and hats received their certificates, showed their confidence inculcated in them by their mentors.
Principal Mrs. J.K. Sidhu thanked the chief guest, congratulated the students for their achievements and wished them success in their lives. She also congratulated the teachers for preparing the students for a brilliant show.
