As part of celebration of Swachhata Pakhwada, the school today showed videos to the students on cutting of trees and plantation of the trees to apprise them of the role of the trees in our lives. The videos highlighted the role played by the trees in preventing soil erosion and cleaning the air we breathe.

Continuing with the cleanliness drive, the cleanliness started from the boundary wall on the temple side and half of the stretch was cleaned. The support staff of the school was once again guided about the proper segregation of waste while disposal.

Videos on ‘Save trees, save Life’ and ‘Tree Plantation’ were shown to the students of classes III – V who vowed not only to plant a tree on their special days but also to take care of these to protect lifesaving green cover of the Earth.
