Two Day Capacity Building Programme for administrative staff was held at DAV BRS Nagar, where administrative staff of Punjab Zone D and F participated. There were 29 delegates from 13 different DAV Institutions. Mr. Kuldeep Kumar Asst. Public Schools Cell (Administrative) was the resource person, who apprised the delegates of  the changes in the administrative manual and discussed about streamlining of the office work to avoid wastage of time and resources .

The resource person gave hands on experience to the delegates which helped them learn the nuances of day to day office  work and be perfect in execution of  administrative work. It was  an interactive session where in the resource person gave ample opportunities to the delegates to come up with their queries and provided working solutions to all the queries . Rules regarding pay fixation, code of conduct and good drafting were discussed in detail. The delegates practiced on computers to be sure about the use of acquired knowledge. The participants were happy and satisfied to interact with the knowledgeable resource person who kept them at ease by chiseling their capabilities for effective administration on the campuses.

Principal Mrs. J.K. Sidhu thanked the resource person for enriching the administrative staff of Punjab Zone D & F .she encouraged the delegates to make best use of the inputs given by the resource person and streamline the working in their institutions.
