Absence without leave is viewed seriously.
1. No leave is granted unless a proper leave application is submitted in advance. In case of sickness, a leave application has to be brought when the student reports to school after availing sick leave not exceeding three days.
2. A Medical Certificate has to be produced in case of sickness of more than three days and the same should be got sanctioned from the Principal.
3. Leave for family functions/destination weddings etc. upto one week will be sanctioned only by the Principal. Leave should be applied well in advance.
4. Leave upto 05 days will be sanctioned only after taking due permission from the Academic Supervisor.
5. Long leaves will not be appreciated unless there is a medical emergency. However in case of a genuine reason leave for more than 15 days will be sanctioned by the Principal.
6. If a Student is absent for a month without getting leave sanctioned his/her name will be struck off from the rolls. The student can be readmitted on the request of the parent, with Re-admission charges of Rs. 5000/-
7. No leave will be granted for foreign country visits during school working days. Prefixing and suffixing of only 7 days with summer vacation can be allowed with prior written approval from the Principal.
