Event Start Date : 21/06/2025 Event End Date 21/06/2025
School commemorated International Yoga Day 2025 with serene enthusiasm and reflective participation, reaffirming its commitment to holistic well-being and conscious living.
This year’s observance revolved around the official theme, “Yoga for Self and Society,” emphasizing the vital role yoga plays in fostering inner harmony while contributing to collective well-being.
The session witnessed active and graceful participation from both students and faculty, who came together in a spirit of unity and mindfulness. With synchronised breathwork and intentional movement, participants engaged in a series of yoga asanas and pranayama designed to rejuvenate the body, steady the mind, and elevate the soul.
The practice resonated deeply with the theme, symbolizing how personal well-being and social harmony are interwoven through the ancient wisdom of yoga. More than a physical routine, the event was a shared journey of introspection, stillness, and purposeful presence.
Principal Mrs. J.K. Sidhu commended the dignified participation of the school community and highlighted the power of yoga to nurture clarity, compassion, and composure. She remarked that true education must empower learners not only with knowledge but with life-enhancing practices that shape mindful, balanced, and responsible individuals.
The celebration stood as a resounding affirmation of the dedication of the school to cultivate wellness-centric education in alignment with the ideals of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020—where learning transcends textbooks and transforms lives.
