Workshop on 'Stress Management'

School Counselling Cell conducted a highly informative workshop on 'Stress Management'. The theme of the workshop was 'When Psychology Meets Sports: How To Handle Athletic Issues And Reduce Stress'. The workshop was conducted with the aim to apprise the teachers with new techniques enabling them to help their students handle psychological problems, anxiety and stress.
Ms. Ankita, the school counsellor and the keynote speaker of the day talked about the techniques to be adopted to make young athletes mentally strong and to help them cope up with day today stress of the playfield and life. The tips shared by the expert were practical and highly beneficial for the coach and the trainee alike. It was an interactive session in which the queries of the teachers were answered to their satisfaction.
