The school takes pride in sharing that our star cricketer Aaradhya Shukla, student of Class XII (Humanities), has been selected in U-19 Squad of India for Asia Cup 2023 to be played in the UAE from December 8, 2023. He has brought laurels to the school with his brilliant performance in his chosen game. He has shown a consistent performance in U-23 Inter-State A Trophy and Challenger Trophy this year and won laurels while representing India-B team. His excellent performance in the domestic U-19 Quadrangular Tournament has earned him accolades from various cricket legends.
He also participated in CK Nayudu Trophy, Cooch Behar Trophy and Vinoo Mankad Trophy last year. He was also one of the 25 probables selected to attend advanced training camp at National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru where he impressed the likes of Rahul Dravid , Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and VVS Laxman to pave his way in the National team of the country. He is destined to be the next Kapil Dev of DAVs for Indian Cricket team.
