CBP 𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐧 “𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 (𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝)” on 8th November 2025 under the Continuous Professional Development Programme for teachers being organised by CBSE. 🎓 The workshop was aimed to 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬’ 𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥s into their daily teaching, helping students learn, understand, and internalize essential values for 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. 🌱
𝐄𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 for the session included Ms. Balwinder Kaur (Principal, Pioneer International Public School, Rurka Kalan, Jalandhar), Ms. Bandana Sethi (Principal, Atam Public Sr. Sec. School, Ludhiana), Ms. Jinny Talwar (Principal, Ram Lal Bhasin Public School, Dugri, Ludhiana), and Ms. Jyoti Bagga (PGT, Montgomery Guru Nanak Public School, Jalandhar). 🌟
📚 Through 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, and 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬, 120 teachers of the school explored how to weave 𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 into meaningful classroom experiences. The session highlighted the 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 — advancing despite adversity — and 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐪𝐮𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐄𝐐) 💖 as key life competencies. Educators were encouraged to nurture inquisitiveness, ask open-ended questions, create an environment of constructive feedback, and mentor students to help them become 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬. 🌼
The programme also emphasized the 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟏𝐬𝐭-𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬, urging teachers to move beyond academics and focus on 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲, 𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, and 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 among learners. 💡
