Under the kind patronage of Dr. Punam Suri, Padma Shri Awardee and President, DAVCMC, New Delhi, School successfully concluded its two-day DAV Youth Parliament 2025 🏛️ with a grand Valedictory Ceremony on 30th October, 2025.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐃𝐫. 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫, 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥, 𝐒𝐫𝐢 𝐀𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 & 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐋𝐮𝐝𝐡𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐚, 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭. 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐯𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡 𝐊𝐚𝐧𝐠, 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥, 𝐃𝐀𝐕 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, 𝐊𝐨𝐭𝐤𝐚𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐚, 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐞.
The Youth Parliament featured five dynamic committees — Lok Sabha, Punjab Vidhan Sabha, NITI Aayog, National Commission for Women, and the Press Information Bureau — which simulated the spirit and structure of real democratic institutions through vibrant debates 💬, policymaking 🧩, and consensus-building. Executive Board Members from reputed Delhi colleges evaluated the sessions and provided insightful feedback 💡 to the participants.
After two days of intellectually stimulating discussions and policy deliberations, the much-awaited results 🏆 were announced as under:
🗣️**Lok Sabha **
Sahibjit Singh, who posed as Raja Warring, was awarded the Best Speaker Award and won a cash prize of ₹3100.
Aditya Srivastava, who posed as Piyush Goyal, received High Commendation Award along with a cash prize of ₹2100.
Tania Garg, who posed as Narendra Modi, earned Honourable Mention and a cash prize of ₹1100.
Rohini, who posed as Gaurav Gogoi, received a Special Mention.
🏛️**Punjab Vidhan Sabha **
Ikroop Kaur, who posed as Aruna Chaudhary, was awarded the Best Delegate Award and won a cash prize of ₹3100.
Smilesheen Sharma, who posed as Bhagwant Mann, received High Commendation Award along with a cash prize of ₹2100.
Kritika Garg, who posed as Pratap S. Bajwa, earned Honourable Mention and a cash prize of ₹1100.
Prabhkiran Kaur, who posed as Naresh Puri, received Special Mention I.
Sumit, who posed as Lakhbir Singh Rai, received Special Mention II.

Krishnam Kapila, who posed as Dr. Mansukh Mandaviye, was awarded the Best Delegate Award and won a cash prize of ₹3100.
Agrim Paliwal, who posed as Sanjay Malhotra, received High Commendation Award along with a cash prize of ₹2100.
Vishwa Pratap Singh (Amit Shah), Gurleen Kaur (Swiggy), and Sarah Kataria (Suman Berry) were each honoured with Special Mentions.

Khushi Arora (Meenakshi Negi) was awarded the Best Delegate Award and won a cash prize of ₹3100.
Manishka Vig (Archana Majumdar) received High Commendation Award along with a cash prize of ₹2100.
Divanshi (Kanimozhi Karunanidhi) earned the Honourable Mention and a cash prize of ₹1100.
Mehak Arora (Shri Subramanyam Jaishankar) received a Special Mention.
