Keep Moving Movement

School organised an enlightening session π under the nationwide initiative Keep Moving Movement (KMM) by Life School Foundation for the students of Classes IX and X. π The session was conducted by Principal Mrs. J.K. Sidhu π©π« and Guest Speaker Mr. Harsimranjeet Singh π€, who together interacted with students on the importance of emotional resilience, self-awareness, and positive thinking. πβ¨
The central idea of the session revolved around the “Snake Chasing Effect” π, which emphasized that life’s problems can be resolved when one learns to bounce back from negative emotions πͺ instead of getting consumed by them. Students were encouraged to recognize and handle key emotions such as Anger π , Fear π¨, Guilt π, Hurt π, and Jealousy π through relatable and thought-provoking examples. π¬
The speakers also introduced the practical formula A.C.T. —
A – Act, π―
C – Chotu ko chotu hi rehne do (let negative emotions remain small), π
and
T – Transform pain into progress. ππͺ
To reinforce the message of perseverance, the inspiring story of Arunima Sinha, the first female amputee to climb Mount Everest ποΈ, was shared. Her determination and courage π« became a powerful reminder of how pain can be transformed into purpose. π
Principal Mrs. J.K. Sidhu motivated students to face challenges with a positive mindset π and never let negative emotions overpower their potential. π
The session concluded with a strong message of self-belief πͺ and perseverance ποΈ, leaving the students inspired to keep moving forward with confidence and optimism. ππ
