😇 As part of Mental Health Week (6th – 9th October 2025), School organized an enlightening Guest Lecture on *“Digital Detoxification”* for students of Class VIII. The session was conducted by *B.K. Komal Gupta and B.K. Sahil Gupta, members of the Brahma Kumaris,* and coordinated by the school counsellor Ms. Ravinder Kaur and special educator Ms. Deepa Chouhan.
🧘♂️🧘The speakers emphasized the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between the digital world and real life. They discussed vital aspects such as mental health challenges, addiction, peer pressure, and the role of positive thinking and meditation in achieving inner peace. Students also reflected on reasons behind lack of focus in studies and learned ways to reconnect with their inner selves.
📚The interactive session encouraged students to practice the seven virtues of life—peace, love, happiness, knowledge, power, purity, and bliss. A touching *“Letter to God”* activity helped them express gratitude and gain self-awareness, making the session a truly soulful experience.
