Upanayan ceremony accomplishes a second birth which is purer in its origin than natural birth as it originates from knowledge.This sacred ceremony has immense educational significance as it places the child under the care and direction of teacher for formal education.

The Upnayan Ceremony (initiation into formal education) was held on 5th April for the newly admitted students of class Pre KG for the session 2021-22 through virtual mode keeping in mind Covid19  SOP's . 
The ceremony began with a melodious Bhajan followed by The Vedic Hawan to seek the blessings of the God Almighty which was attended by both parents and the students.

Principal Ms. J.K.Sidhu shared the vision and mission of the school with the parents. She showered her blessings on the young ones on the onset of a new journey on the path of gaining knowledge. She prayed for everyone’s well being .

The ceremony ended with the introduction of the Pre KG teachers with the students and their parents.
