Traffic Sense ensures safety of all road users and school today organised a Lecture on Traffic Awareness amongst the student in school auditorium. Mr. Kamaljit Singh Soi, President, Safe School Vahan Scheme was the key speaker. He motivated the students to become law abiding citizens of all times to ensure safety and security of lives and the vehicles.
The Resource Person gave a quick revision of the rules of the road to all the students and then shared the facts about the precious lives lost on the roads due to negligence or hurry which turns fatal for many. He showed certain disturbing videos about the accidents and asked the school to follow all the guidelines of Safe School Vahan to ensure the safety of all the bus users. He said it was heartening to know that most of the schools had already complied with the guidelines.
LMC Member Mr. Ravi Kant Gupta Ji, Co-ordinator, Mission Safe Ludhiana-2020 in his address talked about the responsibility of each road user.
Principal Mrs. J.K. Sidhu in her address talked about the programmes of the school to create awareness among the students and the staff for wearing helmet and sticking to the speed limits for safety of self and others.
