The students of class X are at the most crucial juncture with myriad of streams available at hand and parental pressure on top to opt for the most happening careers. Keeping this in mind, DAV Public School, BRS Nagar today organized Career Counseling Session for the parents of the students of Class X

Saurabh Gupta from Wonder School apprised the parents about various hitherto untrodden career options and dispelled myths about various eligibilities for joining particular streams. He laid stress on 21^st century careers for the present generation and asked the parents to give a free choice to the students about the stream of study while encouraging them to explore the avenues opening thereafter to have a bright future. He answered the queries of the parents regarding different career options after pursuing a particular stream.

Principal J.K. Sidhu informed the parents about the availability of the streams and subjects offered by the school and asked the parents to be the pillars of support for their preparation for the Board Exams and keep all the communication channels open. She thanked Saurabh Gupta for the valuable tips given to the parents that will help the students and the parents in effective future planning.
