DAV Public School, BRS Nagar, Ludhiana organised ‘Graduation Ceremony’ for the students of class II on 19^th March, 2018. The event was graced by Dr. (Mrs.) Jatinder Kaur Gulati – Dean, College of Home Science, PAU, Ludhiana.

The eventful day started with the ceremonial lamp lighting by the Chief Guest followed by ‘Ganesh Vandana’ invoking the blessings of Lord Ganesha. The little angels left the audience spellbound with their mesmerizing dance performance ‘Udaan’ in which they expressed their gratitude towards the school. Vibrant music and highly co-ordinated movements promptly set the tone and mood of the atmosphere. Another show stealing performance was the play presented by the students on ‘Woman Empowerment’.

The tiny-tots expressed their gratitude towards their parents for their care and concern through an emotional number. Another breath-taking item was a dance-performance on the theme ‘Patriotism’ by the little stars. Master Jovin Sharma of class I delivered a motivational speech highlighting the value of hardwork. The tiny-tots adorned in graduation gowns received their certificates from the hands of the Chief Guest amidst thunderous applause by their family and friends. Principal Mrs. J.K. Sidhu in her speech asked the parents to be a part of the developmental process of their wards to help them to keep them away from the vices. While addressing the gathering, Chief Guest, Dr. Gulati appreciated the efforts put in by the school to provide holistic development to the children. It was indeed a joyous and memorable day for the little ones.
