Psychometric evaluation has been made mandatory for the staff so that entry of perverts can be checked on the campus and for this the schools have been guided to get the same done with the help of professionally competent, qualified, trained and accredited psychologists. It takes almost 2 hours to conduct test on an individual and the team under the supervision of Licensed Clinical Psychologists namely Ms. Keerat Sidhu, Mr. Rohit and Ms. Seher did the task professionally. It is pertinent to note that the test result are confidential and are to be shared only with the school authorities getting the test conducted. The test reports will help the school keep a tab on the mental health of the staff. Taking a step further in the direction of ensuring safety the school has already submitted the details of the entire staff to the Office of the Commissioner of Police for verification, so that the school students can be safe.
