Students of DAV Public School BRS Nagar, Ludhiana proved their mettle in DAV National Games. 14 boys of the school participated in different games such as Taekwondo, Karate, Handball, Cricket and Kho Kho at Ranchi and secured one Gold and one Silver in Taekwondo and a bronze medal in Handball and Cricket each.
On the other hand, 30 girls participated in various sporting events such as Taekwondo, Karate, Handball, Cricket, Kho Kho, Judo, Basketball and Table Tennis at DAV University Jalandhar and bagged a gold medal in Handball and Basketball each, a silver medal in Cricket and Table Tennis and a bronze medal in Judo respectively. School girls secured two silver and two bronze in Taekwondo as well.
Principal Mrs. J.K. Sidhu congratulated the students, parents and teachers. She also wished the students good luck for the upcoming events.
