Samridh Gupta , a class IX student made his alma-mater proud by winning OVERALL CHAMPIONS TROPHY and a gold medal, for grade VIII, VANDA Science Global Finals, held at Singapore. Besides,he was also awarded with cash award and award vouchers. Not only this, Samridh would also get scholarship for higher education in various universities of repute. He along with 12 other students from various grades (age group) represented India. 1200 students from 42 countries participated in this contest. Samridh also displayed his marvellous performance by bagging a gold medal in IJMO(international junior maths olympiad)
VANDA and IJMO (SASMO) are prestigious International Olympiads and are recognized by many universities across the globe.
Principal Mrs. J. K. Sidhu congratulated Samridh, his parents and mentors for his remarkable achievement and for bringing laurels to the school as well as the country. She wished him success for his future endeavours and believed that he would be an inspiration and role model for others.
