The school witnessed a spectacular display of resilience, patience, grit, leadership and accountability in the two-day ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ. The vigour of each and every participant was inexplicable.
With the efforts of DAV Management, DAV Sports have been recognised by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. Keeping in mind the comprehensive development of the students, games and sports have been made an integral part of the Annual Calendar of 900 schools under DAV flagship. The school played host to the following events on the Second Day of the tournament: Handball, Cricket , Roller Skating and Table Tennis.
Students from 10 different DAV Schools participated in these tournaments and exhibited their exceptional performance in these sports. The teams vied for top position while exhibiting true sportsmanship. The result of the tournaments are as follows:-

Principal Mrs. J. K. Sidhu felicitated the winners and emphasised that games and sports are the only medium through which students can build self confidence, discipline , sportsmanship and team spirit. She also urged that students to manage their time for study as well as sports to excel in life . She expressed her appreciation for the visiting teams and their coaches for exemplary behaviour and the true spirit of sportsmanship. She expressed her gratitude for the officials for their role in ensuring fair judgment and the principals of different schools for their co-operation and support in making the event a great success.
