A Workshop on "Stress and Anger Management" was conducted for the teaching staff in the school today. Dr. B.P.Mishra, Professor and Head, Clinical Psychology Department DMC&H, Ludhiana, was the resource person.
It was a motivational lecture in which Dr. Mishra explained how to cope with tension, stress and anger in today's fast paced world. He gave valuable tips on handling of different kinds of children in the classroom and bringing out the best in them. It was an interactive session in which the teachers participated enthusiastically and put forth their queries to which Dr. Mishra gave very convincing answers.
Mrs. J.K.Sidhu, the Principal of the school, thanked the guest of the day and said that his lecture would go a long way to help the teachers handle their classroom more effectively.
