A Capacity Building Programme for the establishment staff was held in school today. DAV Centre for Academic Excellence organised this programme under the able guidance of Mrs. P.P.Sharma, Regional Director of the school. Mr. Alok Betab, Principal, Maharaja Hari Singh Agriculture Collegiate School, Nagbani, Jammu was the resource person. Mr. K.L.Rana, Principal, SVJC DAV Public School, Dasuya was also present. The resource person motivated the establishment staff to work to the best of their ability and said that the strength of the institution depends on their hardwork and positive attitude. He exhorted them to have faith in self and respect their co-workers. They were also apprised of the ill-effects of taking drugs and other intoxicants. It was an inter-active session in which everyone participated enthusiastically and sought answers to their queries.
The Principal of the school Mrs. J.K.Sidhu thanked the resource person and said that such programmes go a long way to educate the workers so that they can contribute towards the maintenance and growth of the institution and become better human beings.
