DAV BRS Nagar Registered for Scouts and Guides

Bharat Scouts and Guides is the national scouting and guiding Association recognised by the government of India. DAV BRS Nagar has been registered for Scouts and Guides.
S. Onkar Singh, State Organizing Commissioner and S. Gurdeep Singh,District Organizing Commissioner of Bharat Scouts and Guides of Punjab, S. Mandeep Singh, District Training Commissioner, Ludhiana and S. Jaspal Singh, incharge, district headquarters, Ludhiana were the guests of the day. Onkar Singh ji formally announced opening of three units i.e. Cub and Bul Bul, Scouts and Guides, Rover and Rangers. Students of classes 6th and 7th attended the seminar in which they were apprised about the aim and objectives of the program. The purpose was to help students to acquire useful skills and to cultivate spirit of service towards society and nation.
Principal J.K.Sidhu thanked Sardar Onkar Singh, S. Gurdeep Singh and Mandeep Singh for enlightening the students about the benefits of enrolling themselves for the program and wished that it would help in enhancing their personality.
