December has marked the end of year and the coming of winter since the ancient Romans established their first calendar. Christmas is the festival which inspires the spirit of sharing and caring.
Soaking in the spirit of Christmas, students of class-I celebrated this festival with enthusiasm. The students sang melodious carols and made snowman by origami with the help of their mothers.
Class UKG students danced on the beats of "Jingle Bells", and created Christmas tree as their craft activity. The significance of Christmas was also explained to the students.
Students of class II participated in special ZOOM CLASS. All the students along with teacher dressed up in red colour and Santa cap. During the class they played games, sang Carrols, wished each other MERRY CHRISTMAS, and made Special Snowman Sandwich. The creativity, enthusiasm and zeal shown by students were commendable.
Students of class Pre KG an LKG participated in special ZOOM CLASS. All the students along with teacher dressed up in red colour and Santa cap. During the class they played games, sang Carrols, wished each other MERRY CHRISTMAS, and made Special Snowman Sandwich. The creativity, enthusiasm and zeal shown by students were commendable.
The boundless joy of celebrating the festival was visible on the faces of children. The month of December marks the martyrdom of Chaar Sahibzaade and their grandmother Mata Gujri Ji. Students were enlightened about the great sikh history and were shown the movie ‘Chaar Sahibzaade’. All the teachers and students paid homage to the youngest and bravest comrades of Sikhism who sacrificed their lives for humanity.
