A lecture on Traffic Awareness was organised in school for the students of classes X and XI to reinforce the importance of following traffic rules. Assistant Commissioner of Police Traffic II, Mr. Rajan Sharma (PPS) along with his team was present on the occasion. ACP Mr. Rajan Sharma apprised the students about the hazards of over speeding and jumping traffic lights. He coaxed the students to spread the message of following traffic rules for everyone’s safety. He also shared the latest changes like e-challan, Emergency Contact Numbers and Road Safety Juvenile Driving Laws under which the guardians / owners will also be held guilty.
Principal Mrs. J.K. Sidhu thanked ACP Mr. Rajan Sharma and his team for sharing the valuable tips regarding road safety and road rage and assured that the students will not only follow the traffic rules but also walk an extra mile in creating awareness about the same.
