We are citizens of a sovereign, secular and democratic country and we all take pride on the Republic Day, the day Indian Constitution came into practice. The school campus was tastefully decorated with tri-colours and pictures of DR. B.R. Ambedkar and other freedom fighters of the country.

The celebrations began with the speech on the occasion followed by the flag hoisting by the Principal Mrs. J.K. Sidhu. The impressive march past with precision and perfection left everyone spell bound. The junior wing of the school presented PT exercises, dumbbell and lazium show.

The teachers painstakingly prepared a tableaux that showcased the growth and development of Haryana, natural beauty of Kerala and pictures of progressive India following the schemes of Prime Minister Modi and our own state Punjab that has taken big stride on the road to progress.

The Cultural Programme included dances depicting love and pride for the motherland made every chest swell with pride. Principal Mrs. J.K. Sidhu in her address encouraged the students to do their duties with utmost sincerity to be able to enjoy their rights. She said that being citizens of a great land we need to be trend setters in our thoughts and actions. The celebrations ended with the National Anthem.
