The second day of the Two Days Orientation Programme on Effective Implementation of Training in DAV Institutions was attended by Mr. Vijay Kumar, R.D. Patiala and Ferozepur Zone, Mrs. Kusum Khunger, Astt. R.D. (Pb. Zone – E), Dr. S.K. Arora, R.D. Ludhiana Zone , 34 Principals and 21 Master Trainers from the zones of Patiala, Ferozepur, Abohar and Ludhiana. Mrs. Inder Mani Jain, Education Officer, DAVCAE, DAVCMC, New Delhi at the onset filled one and all with the enthusiasm to delegate the responsibilities assigned to each one, to the satisfaction of one and all. Mrs. Inder Mani Jain asked all the participants to keep the communication channels on to transfer learning and acquire knowledge.

Today the Master Trainers in the subjects of Early Education Development Programme, Maths, Science, Social Science, ICT and English shared what all they have done in their respective zones, with a brief review of the problems faced by them during the workshops. This exercise is to be used for further improvements in the training modules for the future.

The Resource Person in her concluding address lauded the efforts put in by the Cluster Heads in making their teams empowered and thus improving the final output in terms of result. Mrs. J.K. Sidhu, ARD and Principal of the host school thanked Mrs. Inder Mani Jain for making these two days an enriching experience for all the delegates and expressed hope that the knowledge gained would be transferred to others for realising the goal of Academic Excellence cherished by DAV Institutions.
