School students proved their mettle in various sporting events in the ongoing DAV National Sports. Boys team of the school bagged second position in Lawn Tennis Tournament whereas girls team won second position in Swimming Competition held at Police DAV School Jalandhar at zonal level on 14.10.2022. The girls’ team bagged four silver and eight bronze medals. Besides these, girls' Kabbadi team brought laurels to the school by clinching Overall Trophy and silver medal where as boys got silver medal in handball competition organised at Lala Jagat Narayan DAV Public School Jalandhar.
In Table Tennis Competition held at M.D. Dayanand Model School, Nakodar, our girls’ team won the first prize whereas boys team was adjudged as first runners up.
Principal Mrs. J.K. Sidhu appreciated the efforts of the players and motivated them to keep participating with the same spirit in future events as well.
