The students of DAV BRS Nagar, Ludhiana were elated to meet Mr. Sumeet Singal, an alumnus of the school whose life is a series of achievements. He did his B.Tech from IIT Kanpur and worked in diverse fields from Technology Consulting, Management Consulting to Financial Advisory in various regions of the world including Japan, Germany, Middle East and United States. He is currently working as Investment Banker at Citibank’s global headquarters in New York, USA.
Mr. Sumeet, during his interaction with the students highlighted the role of hard-work, perseverance, dedication in the success of an individual. He exhorted the students to widen their horizon and explore the unexplored to carve a success story. Talking about his shift from technical to financial field, he said that a whole world was open before him after the change as he interacted with people of diverse backgrounds to gain knowledge of the world in general.
He interacted with the students and answered their queries to guide them on the right path. Principal Mrs. J.K Sidhu thanked Mr. Sumeet Singal and prayed for his phenomenal rise in the future.
