The students of Class II are ready to enter the next phase of the journey of learning and after completing five years in school they are all set for the next flight and today they projected their skills through Udaan their annual function.
Dr.(Mrs.) Bharti Uppal, Professor and Head Department of Bio Chemistry, CMC, Ludhiana was the Chief Guest of the day. She was accorded a formal welcome on her arrival and after Lamp Lighting the function began with a lesson on invoking the blessings of Almighty God for all sacred things through Ganesh Vandana.
Realizing the importance of upholding the moral values in today's scenario, the students expressed their gratitude towards school and parents through a dance drama. Dramatization of Cindrella took the spectators to the fairy world. Undying courage of soldiers evokes patriotic fervour in all and our little angels showed their gratitude to the motherland and her guardians through choreography. The synchronized steps of the students left one and all mesmerized. The audience was all praise for the efforts putting by the teachers to train the students to perfection in putting up such a spectacular show. Foot tapping bhangra brought the function to a close.
Chief Guest Dr. (Mrs.) Bharti Uppal, highlighted the role of a teacher in chiseling the lives of the future leaders and appreciated the efforts put in by the teachers and the students. She asked the parents to give quality time to their children as present day parents give everything but the time. Encouragement plays an important role in making them confident whereas comparison kills the initiative. She highlighted the importance of developing hobbies as these act as stress buster and help them handle difficult situations.
All the students formally decked up in the graduation robes receive the roll of honour from the hands of the Chief Guest. They displayed confidence and sense of achievement in their gait.
Principal, Mrs. J.K. Sidhu thanked the Chief Guest and the parents and appreciated the zeal of the students and teachers. She wished them success in all their future endeavours.
