The school celebrated Teachers’ Day to thank the teaching faculty for the contributions they make to the lives of the DAVians. Various activities were organised by the senior students of XI and XII to appreciate the unwavering commitment of the teachers for the mission and vision of this school.
The day started with presenting the bouquet to Madam Principal by all the departments. Volleyball match was played by the male staff members with full zeal and enthusiasm. Various games like musical chair, statue dance, passing the ball were also played by all the staff members. The song sung by Madam Principal stole the show.
Mrs. J.K. Sidhu congratulated the teachers for inspiring and nurturing the students to march in the right direction. She appreciated their constant endeavour in bringing the school to such a great height. The day ended with a special movie show “Akira” booked for all the staff members at PVR Flames Mall, Ludhiana.
